How To Apply
To complete the admission process, please follow these steps:
1. Submit an online application along with the non-refundable application fee of $100 per student.
2. Submit the required forms along with your application, as listed below:
Kindergarten
1st - 6th Grade
3. After we receive all documents, forms, and fees, the Elementary Office will contact you regarding the next steps in the admission process. These steps may include a student interview, testing, or additional review of the student’s application. The interview will be conducted in person at Close Reach Academy Elementary School with the student and at least one parent.
4. Enrollment is finalized once the financial contract is signed and the tuition deposit is submitted to Close Reach Academy Elementary.
While the Admission Office can assist with the completion of the admission application packet, please remember that it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that all required forms and student information are submitted before an admission decision can be made. Once the application packet is complete, the applicant’s file will be forwarded to the Admission Committee for review.
Tuition
Annual tuition is configured on a full-semester basis. Installment payment plans are calculated based on 12 monthly payments billed monthly, starting in June and ending in May each academic year.

- Monthly Payment Plan: Equal payments will be automatically deducted from a designated checking or savings account on the 15th of every month over 12 months.
- Payment In Full: Full payments are due 10 days after enrollment and will receive a 3% discount if paid by cash or check.

- Obtain a financial aid application from the CRA Elementary Admissions Office or click the link below.
- Fill out the application.
- Please attach copies of your latest federal tax return and pay stubs.
- Attach an account of your financial responsibilities and obligations, including extracurricular involvement, your students’ outside activities, and a personal testimony of your financial need.
- Please return your completed application to your CRA Elementary Admissions Office.
Important Information
- Financial aid is limited and subject to available funding, to a maximum of 35%.
- Grants are issued on an annual (school year) basis only. If financial aid is requested for the next academic year, new applications must be submitted.
- Financial aid is only considered after acceptance and enrollment.
- Financial aid requests for returning students will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
